users currenty viewing thread?

Did the feature that displayed the users viewing a thread at the bottom of the page get disabled, or did I do something (no browser/software changes, using Opera 9) Not real important, I was just wondering, I thought it was a kind of neat feature, made me feel important, kind of like a spy

The feature that shows how many people are viewing a thread may have been one of those options that fell victim to the recent software upgrade.
I dont know this for certain, but there are a lot of little tweaks that Jack has lined up to either add or put back.
This may be one of them.

Rich.

Yes, that works for me as well. But the question wasnt users viewing the forum, but rather users viewing the thread.

The software doesn't provide that option.

There is a plugin for threads, however I'm not sure it was updated for VB 3.6.

Dunno.. I rarely pay attention to those things. I know we used to do it on our site, but I haven't had it loaded in ages.

It was there. I took it off because it's a huge resource issue.

OK, I think half the reason I asked was to verify a measure of sanity...

I can see that sucking up some server power though, especially with the volume of traffic we have.
