Tried to correct spelling error (on Forum page) in a new thread title... but can't.

Regular members don't have the ability to edit a thread title. How would you like it to read?

 

A Funk and Wagnalls perhaps?

How come we aren't allowed to edit our own thread titles? We can change the title that displays within the thread, but not what others see from the thread list.

 

That's just the way the software works right now.

Yepper... One of the limitations of the software for the forum. Then again, I don't consider it a limitation, as changing the thread title can have serious consequences on the rest of the posts in that thread.

If you make a boo-boo, just PM one of the staff members here, and they'll gladly make the change for you.
