Paying?

I heard on another forum that they had to pay $35 to join DTR. If I'm not mistaken its this place right? When I registered it sayed registration is free. Can anyone help me with this?

I believe you might be thinking about TDR, over there it is $35

Also at the T.D.R. the $35 pays for a year subscription to a really nice magazine.
