Missing "Reply" button to PM's

Yesterday I received my first PM in a while and I disovered I could not post a reply. I had to create a new PM. Is this to reduce space on the server also? I had already deleted all my messages in my inbox and sent box so it can't be a space issue on my end can it?

I will guess at this one as I have never seen the "Reply" button go awol.

I dont know of anything Jack has done to remove the Reply option, but check to make sure your mail box is not full.
Check both inbox and sent box.
I do not remember Jack doing anything to save space created by PM's, but perhaps he has.

Like I said, just a guess.

I just sent you a PM. I also have no messages in SENT file immediately after sending one to you. Thanks again for the help,
Nat

Got your PM and sent one back.

This may be something for Lary and/or Jack to look into.
Sorry I could not be more help on this one.

Have you got messages in your SENT file? Even though I sent a response to your PM, I have nothing in my Sent file and I have the time frame set to "From the beginning".

The messages you send may not show immediately in your Sent folder.
I do not know the details on this, but it takes a few minutes for the messages to make their way through the database and show up in the Sent file.

None of the PM's I sent you have made it to my Sent Folder either.

If your sent folder doesnt show anything later today, contact Lary or Jack and have them take a look at it.

Rich.

Also, from time to time, I know Jack has cleaned out members old PM's to free up disk space.
Im not saying that is why you dont see any of your older PM's, but it is a possibility that your older PM's have been cleaned out.

I had de-selected the "Save a copy in the 'Sent Items' folder causing me to no longer keep a copy. I think I did that in response to a note Jack mentioned on another post. So I'm ok now.
I did have a couple of messages in the "Message Tracking" area that had never been delivered. I turned off tracking trying to diagnose the problem, maybe that's related.
Anyway it's working now like it used to.
Thanks for the help Rich.
