Loading pictures

Admins have to pre approve all pictures that are loaded onto the site, to make sure that they arent bad (****, offensive, etc.) Just give them a little bit and they will be up, provided they meet the criteria...

my problem is different, it seems all mine are too big!?!?!?! and I go to paint but still dont know how to resize them, everytime I do, the truck starts missing the hood, bed, or somthing, another words, only half of the pic appears

Viking, you can't just cut them up because the file is huge. You actually have to resize them to around 20-25% of the original size in order for them to work here....

I don't think Paint has an option for resizing pics.
Find a good freeware picture editor and it should be able to.
download.com or shareware.com are good places to look.
