pics or smileys not loading

Is it my browser or fire wall? nothing but text works here at work. Thanks WRP

Another post said they are working on the system and pics are not working right now

OK so how do you do it? I've tried to attach my .jpg files....they show when I compose but the link does not appear on the post?
Help......I'll add a .jpg here and tryt it.here goes?
