pics or smileys not loading

Is it my browser or fire wall? nothing but text works here at work. Thanks WRP

This is a very old thread. Pics have been working fine for quite some time.

OK so how do you do it? I've tried to attach my .jpg files....they show when I compose but the link does not appear on the post?
Help......I'll add a .jpg here and tryt it.here goes?
