If you have already uploaded photos into your gallery to list in the classifieds, do you have to upload them again to post in your ad ? I didn't see any way to do it other than to upload the same image again even though it's already in your gallery.

Yes, images for the classifieds have to be uploaded to the classifieds. There's no way to move an image from your photo gallery.
