Classified Ads?

To whoever manages the classified ads,
I notices that most of the ads are 6, or more, months old. The index page says 90 days unless you renew, so I suppose everyone could be renewing, but I find that hard to believe. There are ads from February and March of 2002 out there with expiration dates in 2003. ???
If the ads have been renewed, you might output the renewal date so that we know the ad is still current, or change the "date added" to be the date it was last renewed.
Do you have a nag email set up to send the the ad poster once a month to ask if the ad still applies, (was it sold , etc.)? If not, you might want to do this so that the ads stay more current.
Let me know how this is handled so I will know if I should bother contacting the ad posters about their stuff.

Thanks,
Chris

Re:Classified Ads?

Yeah, you have to register over there as well. You use your email address as your login name. We're trying to get everything combined, but it's a time consuming process.

Re:Classified Ads?

The Date format in the classifieds it day-month-year. That makes them look older, but no ads are older than 90 days.
