Yet another injector ?

Hi all,
I just picked up a set of used injectors and my question is. Do I need to get new sealing washers and O rings before install, or can they just be reinstalled?

I'm pretty sure you need new washers, don't know about the o-rings. I'd replace them both. Cheap insurance against leaks.

Thats what I was thinking but thought I would ask anyway. I have installed a couple of sets of injectors but they were all new. Can anyone tell me where the best place to get washers & O rings?

MLR1, I have a habit of doing the unorthodox, so here goes. I have replaced & swapped several sets of injectors between vehicles. I have never put new o-rings or washers on them. I haven't experienced any problems either. I do take a wire brush & carb cleaner to the tips & polish them up as much as possible. I also found that the last time I installed my EDM's, it is not necessary to take the fuel lines loose from the VP44 as I had previously done. Just loosen the LINE RACK, & the break the lines loose athe injector tubes. They will move just enough to change everything.

New coppers and o-rings aren't a must. You wont have a problem if you reuse them.

Thanks for the replies. The new to me injectors will arrive today. I think I will try just installing them and see how it goes. It feels like x-mas in September!
