Not too long ago I spent a large sum of money on an ATS Aurora 3000 turbo and then days later the web site has zero listing of such a thing. I have no complaints with the performance of the turbo { 48 psi with low egts } But it troubles me how the whole project could disappear. ? ??? Any response is great.

They are very much involved in Turbo design and have one about to make debut. Keep your eyes open for it coming soon

 

Not to take away from this thread but I simply love the bottom of your sig. Larry this is the first time i noticed it.

 

They are casting a lot of their own stuff now.

Actually it was an open book afterall.

I was impressed with their R&D and the new manifolds etc.

 

As Scotty stated, they were very open about everything, but out of respect to them, I will withold comment until they are ready

I will say this though....

Seriously, back in July I was told it was a mere week or two away. I waited until Sep and then just bought a B1. Doesn't mean it's not coming but I wouldn't hold your breath unless you just like turning blue lol.

 

I did see the turbos and saw some of the results as well as numerous other components they have R&D'd.

I agree though, never hold your breath. Been there and done that as well as I learned that its better not to say anything until the product is done. I will adopt that method from now on with my stuff.

 

The nice thing about your post is you are laughing Imagine how you would have felt if they sent you a product that was not yet ready for consumer use?

I know we all want it NOW, but thankfully some of the guys do thorough testing and engineering to be certain the product they sell you makes you and not

 

True but then just say it's in development and not oh yeah it will be out next week
