RASP install
RASP install
Any body install a rasp on their 24V 2nd gen?
According to their web site it seems straight forward for mounting the pump but I'm confused on the plumbing
Do you scrap the factory supply and return lines? What was the extra cost for fittings and lines as it seems it dosen't come with any? Any info would be great. Thanx

Talk to powerbyopoole.com. His No. is 704 855-2769
I called and talked to him last week and he sells tha RASP with a complete kit, everything needed. But not cheap. I will be going this route, soon as the CFO gives the ok. I Just do not want to go with anything electric.

I talked with Mr Poole just this morning and he does indeed make a complete plumbing kit. Has everything you need and it is put together and labeled as well so it should be snap for the install.
"J Double" just put one on his 01. He used Olee's kit and it worked out great. The plumbing was a snap. Don't sweat it. He has been out of town all week, but is scheduled to be back tomorrow. Send him a PM and he can probably answer any questions you have. Few pics in his gallery: https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...o&userid=26445

Olee supplies you everything you need specific to “your” truck and current LP configuration, stock location or on the rail.
The time saved in figuring out what size connections, type of connections, length of hose required and basic layout, is worth the price of the kit IMHO.
The biggest pain/time consumer of my install was relocating the LP (Holley blue) on the frame, which is not really necessary just a personal preference.
The two most important issues that need to be addressed with our trucks are, auto transmissions and fuel systems. It’s not cheap but if you can face these facts the better off you’ll be.
Take the plunge you won’t regret it. Plus, you can stop reading about all the LP woes everyone else is having.
