I'm just curious how much hp a 35/40 hybrid can hold. I'm looking to be about 320-380 rwhp.. Is this going to work or will I have to upgrade to something else, and what else is there that works good at those numbers? If you have it done please tell me your story.

 

And will 300, 330 injectors get me there or should I shoot for DDP 75hp?

With guages of course what fuel plate will work good?(I don't wana offend anyone but I would rather buy one with the "correct" shape not just cut my own)

Will I need dv's? and how much/where do they help?

And 4" or 5" exhaust? Anyone use WarpSpeedperformance.com exhaust?? around $400 for a 5" system or $300 for a 4" system with rust through warranty? (I live in the desert so no rust anyway!!)

 

I was at 425hp on my 24v for a while and it was a perfect match IMO. It was Dodgezilla 14cm WG housing.

 

Can't help on the turbo cause im loookin to do the same HX35/40 hybrid. I've got 370's in mine. I'm not that impressed with them. As far as plates. I know you said you didn't want to grind your own but for what it is I would do my own. They are very over priced if you ask me. Jus my two scents worth.

 

My stock turbo with 16cm housing seems to do pretty well at the 337hp/772tq im at. As you can see im just running 215 injectors, which are stock in the later cummins motors. She will get warm, but its still fine for hauling or whatever as long as you have a little self control. Even a pretty heavy foot is fine hauling as long as you dont get too carried away. Id like to try a hybrid turbo though.

My local shop install the plates and tune it for me for cheaper than I can buy the plates myself. To me that is re-assuring to know that someone that deals with tuning my truck almost everyday will get it running better than me

 

Bob Wagner made right around 400 even with his hybrid Dodgezilla on his 24V.

I can make 400 with my stock HX 35 on my 24 valve. With everything on kill and 28* outside, I can peg my pyro in 3 seconds!
