Just about any turbo shop will have a supply of used snails and outlets. The thing to watch with your HX40 is to be sure to have it carefully balanced before you install it on a B series engine as the primary turbocharger. The smaller exhaust turbine needed to avoid excessive throttle lag will cause it to spin up about 20% faster than it's design parameters.

Piers will also likely have the conversion parts you are looking for, he builds a pretty effective HX40 for the baby Cummins.
