What do ya think?

After looking around this is what I have decided on for my truck in order that I will get them..

first- Mad ECM
second - Mach 1.6's
third - SB clutch
fourth - Edge comp

I will have my bhaf, gauges and exhaust before any of this is done. Should I look at a different turbo before I step up to the edge comp?

You're plan sounds good! But an upgraded turbo might not be a bad idea, especially if you are going with the Edge Comp. Might get a little hot running a stock HY35 with that combo.

Get the comp before the injectors. The comp has a built in boost fooler that you'll need if you want to run injectors. Your probably gonna need a new turbo cause my roommate with mach 1.5's and a comp in EZ mode is hitting 1250* or so pre turbo. Once the wire is tapped, who knows. And that's with an hx35.

I think the MAD ECM doesn't need a boost fooler

That is correct.....the MAD ecm does not require any external boost fooling ..........You are going to need a clutch as soon as the MAD and 1.6's go in..........the stocker will burn up quick with that setup!

You'll still need the boost fooler with new injectors.

with the mad ecm he will not need a boost fooler . but why limit your self to just 1.6s why not go to 2.5s since they are going to be the same price as the 1.6s if i remember right the price changes as soon as you go over that .5 mark on the injector sizes. this way you would get the most injector for your money. if you are wanting to run the comp and the mad ecm make sure you get one that doesnt have all the timing in it i think they call it the specal or some thing like that . they are talking about it in the tread on here "mad ecm vs comp" . but any way you skin this cat you should be looking at a turbo upgrade even something like a htb2 or a bd super b would suit this set up fine. that comp brings with it a lot of heat.

I have basically the same truck. I did the BHAF, gauges and exhaust first. Then a Comp - worked great but clutch slipped on anything over level 3. EGT never got too hot once the clutch was in, I tow 12k and could use 3x5 with no problems. EDM3's and B1-2 at the sam time later, works GREAT! I just came back from Baja with loaded truck and trailer, 60mph both ways over the Grapevine on 3x5 getting close to 1250* accelerating past trucks.
I dyno'd 340HP/750TQ with Comp off (just boost fooling) and 434HP/975TQ last weekend on 5x5 (with BHAF off). I'll be going to twins sometime this year, but this combo now is VERY driveable (worst issue is grabby clutch with ConFE, but holds great) and works well daily with Comp off or low...
Sorry for the long-winded response - LOVE MY TRUCK!!!
