I'm not too terribly impressed with mine... I have not see much of a difference.

Why are you getting it?

That's the same thing that I was thinkin... that's why I got mine. I see maybe 150-200*, not enough. I still peg a 1500 guage... Save it for a better turbo... that's what I'm doin now, I'd already have the turbo if I would not have dropped the change on the water meth kit...

I'm just one person, tho... make sure that you get more opinion's than mine...

kgspeed700:

I am currently running one of "Scheid Diesel's 850psi Water Injection Systems" with five (5) nozzles and am very, very happy with it. I previously ran a "Snow Water Injection System" and that worked well until I got above 800 H.P. and the smaller RV water pump they supply could not keep the pressure up as I added more nozzles. I know that DTR "Rpainter" and I are two of the Members here that really work our water systems.

If you get the system, be sure to add some water pump lubricant/anti-rust compound additive in the water as I got a pretty good rust build-up in the intake plenum in my cylinder head by NOT running the additive. One brand you can get pretty easily is "Number 13", made by NAPA. It comes in a small
blue pint bottle and I add one pint to a gallon of distilled water. Also, I would not use tap water in your system. Too many minerals in that water.

Good luck Sir!

Thanks Mark!

I forgot to tell you guys that my Scheid Water System came with a two and a half (2 1/2) gallon water tank with the electric pump built in. I have that pump and tank in the front part of my pick-up bed inside a plastic
"Rubbermaid" Toolbox that I bought for $22.00 at "Wal-Mart." FWIW, I use ALOT of water with my set-up too. On a average 1/4 mile run on a hot day, I will go through approximately a half-gallon of water on that run!

When I had my "Snow System" on my truck, I used a one gallon plastic G.M. Windshield Washer Bottle mounted on the firewall on the drivers side.
