Turbos - Comparing Numbers
Super Turbo:
60 MPH 0 boost @ cruise speeds and throttle position /EGT = 950
70 MPH 0 boost @ cruise speeds and throttle position /EGT = 1000
WOT @ 73 PSI = 2000 plus EGT
Obviously I need a wastegate for ths thing. LOL

see the sig for mods......sea level, avg 50* air, 50%-70% humidity flat ground everywhere.
60 mph.....5 lbs.....650* in OD locked.......10 lbs....500* in 3rd locked
70 mph.....8 lbs.....700* in OD locked.......15 lbs....550* in 3rd locked
at maximum 36 lbs high gear locked
70 mph.....1000*
80 mph.....1150*
90 mph.....1300*
100mph....1400*
110mph....too toasty for me and choppin' the throttle
I found I had to nearly let the wastegate function as stock just to keep the pressures below redline, as the 3 non-gated cylinders could nearly drive this turbo on their own. A ventilated turbine hsg, ext WG, BOV and a big twin are within my grasp and awaiting mock-up. Then the fueling will start.
