2001 dodge i have afe bladerunner gt turbo comp in 56 81 ex turbine 70 in 60 ex i have low boost and hi egt boost tested to 25 lbs will hold for minutes no boost leak bought a recommendation of a vendor, did i get misled. only builds 33 lbs edge juice on 5x5 egt to 15oo i 5 sec. advice would be appreciated

Have you looked at the wastegate setting?

Try to remove the rod from the wastegate flapper and after losening the locknut turn the end about 2 turns on the rod so that the rod gets shorter. If you get higher boost and lower egt continue shortening the rod in small increments until you get up to what you can live with- but I would not go over 38-39psi of boost on that charger.
(But I would really recommend calling your vendor about that and about how high you can turn up the boost on this charger)
On the other hand with only 12cm² exhaust housing you are on the very small end for this truck.

tks i have adjusted wastegate from rod lining up with arm ti 6 turns shorter still same. going to check drive pressure when we get home from race. i think u are right i think my son let a vendor lead him wrong. we bought edge and turbo at same time tech should have known this was small.guess imjust screwed.

That is just a small increase over stock hx35, or HY35 for that matter. May make a decent secondary turbo for twins though. I wouldn't be afraid plug the wastegate line and tie the lever shut to see if it gets better, will be limited at higher rpm though.
