TST Powermax for otherwise stock 2000 4x4?
I have a 2000 4x4 Ram with no mods aside from 35" tires and 2" leveling kit. I'm just looking for some added power and I found this TST box on sale for only $150 shipped. Is this a good mod for an otherwise stock truck? I know I need gauges first.

The tranny might not like you so much after you install it.

This is the box that gives 60hp 160tq, it doesn't have any higher settings.

It would be fine for a first upgrade. The tranny should hold it assuming its in good condition.

So 60hp extra wont hurt a stock 47re tranny? I guess its all in how you use it.

dosnt the ez give the samp hp? and it adds timing. That would keep you cooler....

dont get me wrong, the tst is (from what i hear, and i may end up getting a tstpm3) is a good box. Cant beat 150 bucks for a new box!

It ain't gonna hurt nothing. Just keep an eye on your gauges that I know your going to get before you buy the TST.
