boys my truck has a little age in her, almost 135k and the past few days i have felt that the trans is really starting to slip
i dont want to be stuck on the sdie of the road either. i want to upgrade my stock set up to handle about 350 hp. any advice would be appreciated.

Unfortunately with the word diesel in it we pay times more than anyone else.
A good aftermarket rebuild will cost you about $3-$4K.
Beware of the local tranny guys that say we can do it for less. Ya get what ya pay for.
I like either Goerends or Garmons.
