anyone hered of Phoenix Remanufactured Transmissions and or have any suggetions

Yes they are decent stock trans. but get a built trans you'll be lots happier!!!

Those trans are built for stock power trucks, not beefed up for high power trucks. Use 1 of the trannys by a diesel truck tranny builder. There are several mentioned on DTR.

How is pheonix for there rebuilt standard shift? I just bought a 5600 off a guy that was rebuilt by pheonix and never installed.
