Superchips Egts
I have a superchip on a 2002 drw 6 spd set on tow pref (second setting). My gauges will be here in a week or two. How high are people seeing egts with this setting pulling about 10K?
I have heard that a superchip will not increase your egts to much and not to worry about it. Is this true?

Before I installed my injectors I would see 1200 tops pulling @7000lbs on tow performance. I can't run my SC when towing anymore because the tranny has revolted against me and slips.
What you need to do since you're heavier than me is give it a good run and really watch it with and without the SC on and go from there.

I have towed up to 15,000lb trailer and load. Not sure on EGT,s on any other setting but High pro. ( it is the only setting I ever used ) Getting on it pretty hard I'll see close to 1200. I also have a boost fooler, BHAF, and 4" exhaust. Oh and that is with the over-drive off.
