Stacks, Which system and why?

Ok guys and gals,
We dont get many request for stacks, but enough.

Which system is the best and why? What was the easy factor to the install? And did you have a cow when you cut your bed? Is the dual stacks the better choice to a single design?

We are considering bringing a stacks exhaust system in but wanted your feed back first to steer us in the right direction.

I love the way stacks sound and especially look when the smoke is rolling out and behind the truck.

I would have to say the Grand Rock kit. It's a complete kit, reasonably priced, looks easy to install, (let you know in the next day or so), and you get you choice of stacks.

buying stacks

Buckshotmckee, I called Grand Rock about buying exhaust pieces for my conversion, they said I had to find a distributor. Who are you working with? I was at a fork in the road with keeping my straight 4in to the rear, or, adding a dual out the other side to match it, or go all the way with the stacks. Well stacks it is, just having a time finding parts. Thanks for all the help

You can buy the complete kit or just the install portion minus the chrome stacks. I paid $275.00 delivered for just the install kit. I bought my mitre cuts from the chrome room on e-bay.

Grand rock kit. Thats what I have and just installed this past saturday. Also I went with the 6" miter cuts instead of 5". Also www.blackclouddiesel.com carries them and is a vendor on here.

There are a few pics in my link.

Grand rocks stack kit. That's what I'm running and I love it. Installation was a snap and the piping, welds, and clamps are all top notch.
