Yeah I did. Thanks!! It looks all nice and shiny amongst my oil covered engine. I'm gonna steam clean it this weekend and detail it up and then get a pic.

I saw -50 once. I was wrapped up in a blanket by a fire with a cup of hot chocolate watching the weather channel.

First of all, a BIG thanks to Lary for making this thread sticky!
I really appreaciate!

I want to make sure that the new updates become visible to as many customers as possible. That brings a new thought to mind. Maybe I should ask for a "registration" for our product(s)? Something where the customer can leave his E-Mail address in order to enable us to contact him under certain circumstances; like new updates. Hmmm.....

I hear you LOUD and clear about your problems with the driver installation.
Please believe me, if it is difficult for you to install them, it's much more difficult for us to make the process as simple as possible. What we have today is already simple! Well for a few at least.

One has to fight with the WIN operation system....

Even if I have to break into Fort Knox, I WILL do my best to make the installation of the needed SW's easier for you guys. It'll take some time though.

Thank you Marco. I know you have a lot going on with the CR Smarty and the new programs for our VP trucks. I hope I wasn't complaining too much, its just I saw room for improvement. It's a great product and new programs make it that much better. The new download speed is great too!

OK, I'm still having the memory problem? Any suggestions? I went through the whole thing a couple of times, it will say erasing memory, then it says sending data..i wait.. then at the end it says memory error.. and no files are loaded.. So I guess the erasing part worked, I just need to get the files loaded into Smarty..

Mike, I finally got mine to work. i wonder if you don't have an issue with your Smarty? Haven't heard anyone else with that error message. Of course I didn't get it working on my Win2000 Machine, only on my XP machine. Yours is a Win2000 isn't it?
