Can anybody tell me what box will run better with my smarty, edge comp or tst.

 

According to the Smarty manufacturer (Marco), it runs best stacked with the TST box.

 

Using the dynamic timing available in the ECM by stacking a Smarty and a non-timing box like the TST is said to be the best stack. I do not know if there are dyno numbers available to support this or not.... not sure you could go wrong either way though. Those with Edge Comp's and Smarties seem equally as happy as those of us with TST's and Smarties..

 

I have seen dyno # +/- 20 hp either way... at the 500 hp level. The Smarty is fastest at the drag strip on #3, not at full early fueling??
But the Smarty is all about drivability...not just max HP. I agree with above; using the Smarty's timing and a fueling only box (TST) is getting the most fun out of both. It's a great combo!

Daily driving with Smarty on #7 or #9, with 120 hp from the TST in reserve, is hard to beat, IMO!
