Redline Boxes???
Redline Boxes???
Seems like i rarely see anyone on runnin the Redline from Bluechip. Theres a couple of guys around here that run em and they seem to make em run pretty good.
they are rarely ran because they are way to expensive. IMO If they would come out with the same program in a box with out gauges and for around ~700 bucks i think they would sell like hotcakes....
ive also heard the redline is much harder on the vp44 than the other less aggressive programs in the edge, tst, smarty combo's that folks run.
if you have a 24v truck that gets run 300' or 1320' at a time on the weekends then its good, but not for guys who want to go out and play on the streets and drive with the power turned up everyday

The Redline box is the baddest box out there... It's not just a pierce a few wires and plug into the map sensor type deal. It takes complete control of the fuel system... it ignores the ECM when it comes to fueling. It is also thought to be extremely hard on pumps because it will run the rotor completely dry.
