Recall #720 (vacuum brakes): Who's done it?
I just learned about recall #720, which affects my truck (Rams built from July 10, 1995 to July 1, 1996):

However, the site says that it extends the warranty to 7 years/unlimited miles. So does that mean I'm too late to go to the dealer and claim the recall?

Any recall will be done by Dodge at any time in the life of the vehicle. The dealer I went to for the spring mounts was very happy to do it. You can call a dealer with your VIN number and they will tell you what recalls your truck is eligible for and which ones have been done already.

I'll give them a call tomorrow. I'll be so happy if they do this. Maybe it'll get rid of my ABS/Brake light that's constantly on too!
