Got home tonight and the truck wouldn't shut down. Tried everything I could think of but had to pull the fuse on the box under the hood?

LOL, Same here!! Had to pull the 9 fuse then unplug the box under the hood. I did notice that the EGTs were frozen at 540 degrees and none of the other functions were monitoring the sensors (ie. Fuel pressure) Basically seemed like the box locked up and wouldn't shut the truck down. also couldnt adjust levels with the key in or out.

I just installed my box today. Just a couple questions. Do I need to get a boost elbow to get the best pwerformance even on PL02? What is the highest setting that I can use reasonably with a pretty stock truck? I really like how fast to boost builds, even if it is just to 20 psi. Thanks

I'd get a boost elbow to help get the boost up to the 30ish range...

i think on your truck you are going to need a j-hook, you should have an HY9 not an HX35. HY9=j hook, HX35=boost elbow

Loaded the newest update today at lunch so I thought I would give my input.

The surging is much better this go round. I still get a little surging under 1/2 to 3/4 throttle around 2000 rpms.

The turbo timer cuts my truck off fine, but I can not hit the brakes to cut it off manually. Sound like you have this worked out. Also, I liked the 1 min timer much better than 3 min.

The defueling seems to work fine. It actually seems to defuel before reaching 1250* where on my old program it would wait until it hit 1250* to even think about defueling.

I had the rough idle issue as well. Seemed like the higher the idle the rougher the idle. It also seemed like the longer I sat there to idle the rougher it got.

This kind of goes along with the rough idle....when letting out on the clutch the motor wanted to stall on any setting but pl00. I used to be able to ease out on the clutch in traffic, but with this program I have to give myself a little more room and give it a little throttle.

Looking forward to the next updates.

J-hook or do the home brew turnbuckle... boost elbows are for the HX35.

Yeah, I understand about clarifying. Its all to easy to get confused on a subject on forums. No harm done.
