When tapping the coolant temp sensor, which wire do I tap, beige or black? The instructions don't say, and I haven't heard back from their help line yet.

They actually just called back a few minutes ago and told me that Dodge used several different colors of wire, so they can't tell you exactly which wire to tap. He told me to check with a voltmeter or test light, and tap the wire with power. The other is a ground.

 

exactly....my 99 is the orange wire with Black stripe....when i called because of the same question they told me to check with a meter.
