question about these governor springs
I agree with those that mentioned precision, R & D, in a factor for the price. With what I've seen on this site, 400hp trucks aren't uncommon. And when you think about it, those 400 ponies are pretty reliable. Anything that's a complex as a mechanical fuel injection pump I'd think deserves more than just a standard hardware store spring. After all, would you feel good putting springs you bought at a hardware store on your 400hp streetrod's valves?
Not to say it's bad to try to save money, I'm the guy that spray painted his truck for heaven's sake
But there's some things I'd feel better having the companies research behind, like was mentioned before
