There are 5 test 4K files 3 is the best so far I just got the 5 late last night so I'll try it today

 

I have gotten an email from quad saying that the dyno tune becareful with because it has a problem running the VP out of fuel. The only tune i am running right now is adr3000 its pretty good except the surg above 2k rpms on my truck.

 

I tried Dyno 4k tune, never tried the other files.

 

I only have the 3000 and dyno tunes does anyone have any different ones?
I would like to see if there is something else out there i have not got yet

I think he was referring to big injector trucks, they were shutting off with the dyno tune.

 

Non stop killing the truck on foot command with the dyno tune..

 

Hmmm, must be a big injector thing, cause I haven't killed my truck yet with the dyno tune, but then again, I don't cram it to hard either. Maybe I'll grab some wrenches (just in case) and go play with it a little.
The dyno tune works pretty good so far on my truck, but it's only been a couple of days. I'll run it for a week or 2 and see what happens.
No 4k tune for me, thank you very much.

 

well i dont have bigger injectiors and my truck was still doing the samething. Get into it and then boom would not start back so i think that bigger injectors or not be safe with the right foot so you dont burn up your VP.

 

How do i know wich tune is right for me? I went to the track last night and didnt like the results with my edge so I pulled it out and put the Adreneline on it with the dyno/race beta tune and couldt get it to light until almost an 1/8th mile it loped like crazy then took off like hell. I think I need to launch with ALOT more boost. I put the 2025 tune in this morning and it went to 3600 rpm before it cut out though and felt strong al the way. has anyone taken it to 4k yet? I would gladly do so if there is a tune out there that will.

Hey buddy, unless you have aftermarket valve springs I would NOT take your engine to 4,000 RPM!

John_P, I think i see F1 springs listed in Pete's signature.

 

I have a set of f1's tim put in when he did all that work for me up in VA. It'll do 3600 pretty smooth right now.

Give me your email pete I have a test3 4k witch is pretty good , not a 4 k tune just yet but should b good on the drag strip

 

Well I ried test3 it only went to 3600. I came home and tried to load test 5 and something screwed up and now it wont load any of them. Someone PLEASE help.
