The Redline Box will fuel up to 100% of the duty cycle of the VP44 fuel solenoid. Nothing will fuel more then that. The Redline box doesn't however make the most hp. I make more hp with a drag comp then I do with a Redline box. The best I can tell, is that the drag comp fuels at about 68% (someone correct me if I'm wrong). I make the most hp at 93% on the Redline. The Redline box is popular with the pulling crowd because they can use the extra RPM. The extra RPM really doesn't help me drag racing.

The Adrenaline is a very impressive box. The control that it has over both timing and fuel allows it to be capable of making a lot of hp over a very wide power band. It spools faster then anything else I have tried. I haven't dyno'd it yet, but I did make a 1/4 mile pass. Even with the non-comp verison of the beta software, it ran about the same as I do with my drag comp.

It doesn't in the current beta.

Got a weird issue going on in that has happened serveral times now. Basically out of no where the truck cuts out. Its not a surge but more like a stumble. It happens on all power levels except level 1 best I can tell. It totally related to this box as I have the TST inline in the off position and it doesn't do it with the TST. It also does it without the TST installed. Very weird and I'd like to see if anyone else is having the same issue.

Sure its not dead pedal caused by a failing VP44?

I haven't looked on the other sites.. but they have started taking PreOrders.. but I didn't see an delivery rate.. but the last tune should need much work to be production... With the updates online for options...

EDIT:... Found an expected Release date of 12/15!!!

Somewhere buried in the other thread, I think Quad said it was something he would work on.

Well had my first problem today out of the new file. The TT would not shut off my truck like i have have prior to this file and it was working great until i shut down the truck and 30 min. later walk out to still hear my truck running and brake or gas pedal wouldnt kill it. So not sure if anyone else has had this problem with the new file or not because i know quad said he had the TT worked out. SO might just be a freak thing i have killed the truck 5 times after the screw up and everything seems ok again.

Nah its not a dead pedal. It's a stumble. Sounds almost like a rev limiter. Like I said before the TST isn't having this problem.

Did you by chance turn your truck (or more precisely) the ignition before the TT Timed out? I did that with one of the first tunes and had to unplug the box to shut down.

Mine continues to do it about every other day, I then get a "CEL" the next time I start it, that will clear in the next couple of times I start it...it's still only working about 75% of the time too...

My TT only works sometimes as well, and the brake or throttle will not kill the truck. I rechecked all my connections even the pump tap everything seems in order, and I still don't seem to get as much power out of this tune.

Buy...or just test drive a Smarty!
The 'stock' setting on the Smarty has all the latest updates and appears to leave the TQ Mgmt out.... even after returning to the stock setting! (just like it leaves the 'High Idle' mod installed)
Did for me anyway.
