you send me your plate and I'll build you a nice shiny 100 ( prefferably out of a stock plate, breaks my heart to grind an aftermarket) with an undisturbed temper all for the cost of to and from postage.

You just might have a stock plate coming up the Alaska Highway! What is the difference between a 100 and a 0? I was sold some piece of crap plate when I ordered a 0. Maybe it was a 0, but it was not flat. Never have put in my "0" plate. Could be embarrassing if a #0 is not flat.

From my understanding it's completely flat, but there's bound to be variations of it.

You know what they say about roads let alone highways? They run 24 hours a day! Unfortunately the good ol' Ak highway just runs right on by us! Just PM me I'll give an address.

Where is Shawnigan Lake, is that up by Prince George?

I bought a #10 and it ran great. Even better with a GSK. Then ground the stocker.

If you want to trade your stock plate for my #10 maybe we can work something out. Shoot me an email if you are interested.

Don't EVER think thats what goes in my pocket.. Lets see, 20% corporate tax on that then the personal income tax after that of near 40%..

My income is not what I charge out, believe me.. I would be living somewhere alot warmer if that was the case.. Probably closer to the equator..

Does anybody have any idea what a #100 plate would do to 94 with just a BHAF and 5" exhaust?
What would it bump the HP and Torque to?
I think I am just going to stick with these three upgrades until I can get my auto tranny built right up, lockers, etc.
Thanks.

DK,

Not much point in doing a #100 without a 3000 GSK......IMO, they go hand in hand......181 or 191 dv's will greatly help out the bottom end also......from what I have seen, the #100 also benefits from some additional timing, also - at least 16 degrees........You are on the right track waiting to do mods......at the very least you will need a stout converter with the #100 and dv's.....

I have an extra #100 if you are interested in trying one.....I think I am about a 1 1/2 hour drive from you.

I checked my timing when I got my timing kit back around christmas time, someone already bumped it to 17 degrees.
I just plan on getting a little more umph for the burnout comp. at Metalfest this year. CTD NUT you should come down, its in Tillsonburg, I dont know if you have heard about it or not, but its in May, it has alot of neat stuff, especially if your into bikes at all, and metal art, heres the website www.metalfest.net.
If my plan to burn a couple tires on the dodge falls through, hopefully I will have my dirtbike together and I can burn one off of it.
Anyways, I might just wait to grind my plate til I get a 3K GSK. What do you think that, along with a #100, plus a BHAF and 5" Straight would put me at? I am thinking in the area of 270hp and 650-700ftlb torque? Am I close?
Thanks.

Well the BHAF and 5" exhaust really aren't going to do anything for power but the #100 w/17* timing could quite possibly give you your 270 hp....that should get you an easy 650 ft/lbs.......get new converter ready! plenty for a big burnout!....Metalfest sounds interesting.......Do you have gauges?.......I would not suggest a #100 without them - at least a pre turbo pyro.......Get a pyro and put the #100 in now - it costs you nothing for the plate but your time......I can give you a hand with the #100 if you like sometime........I was only suggesting the GSK because it really helps the #100 come alive by not defueling the top end......it is quite an affordable mod too.

Alright that sounds good to me, I think 270hp will satisfy me for a while, until I get some other projects in order. When we are working on my truck I might have to take a look at that CJ of yours CTD NUT, I plan on doing a project for a CJ sometime soon, I was going to drop a 4BT Cummins in her, and then have something to drive in the winter, just because all the salt here is way to hard on the Dodge. Thanks for the help.

Well Jared, get a pyro and you can come down and we'll do that plate when you are ready - PM me when you are ready.....you think salt is hard on Dodges?!?!.....you should see what they do to CJ's!!!.......let's just say salt has a way of turning them into dust!......not much of a CJ is left on mine - the steering column and speedo, I think!.......It might give you some ideas......Do you have a line on any 4BT's?........I have a buddy with a FJ40 that is looking for one in our area....

I dont have a line of them no, but I dont think that they would be that hard to get ahold of would they? I heard that they are found in the Frito Lay trucks as one source, If I find a few I will let you know, I just think a Jeep would be a nice vehicle to have along with a 4BT in it and I should be getting excellent mileage. I dont know, we will see. But ya I will let you know when I can come up and get that #100 plate done, and then I can see how bad your 94 beats me in a race LOL.
Also, when did you decide to go to a bigger housing for your turbo? My dad just took his housing off of his 92 CTD and I am trying to get it off of him, I think they had a 16 cm housing? Anyways thanks again.

Your dad's stock 92 should have a 18cm housing, I think......way too big.....I put the 16cm on when I started playing around with 370's - definately a band aid fix for 370's but a B1 just isn't in the cards right now......I'm trying to get some cash together to get some bombs going on my 24v - it is SSLLLLOOOOOOOWWWWW!!!
