Just wondering which fuel plate i should get. Im thinking the #10 plate from TST and maybe the afc spring kit as well. i already have a 5" exhaust so i dont think heat should be a problem. I still have the factory clutch with 170,000 on the truck and need to know if the clutch will still hang on for at least a few months longer if i dont stomp on the gas pedal too hard till i have time to put in a SB DD OFE clutch in. Then what mods after that would ya'kk suggest? any help is appreciated.

Personally i'd just gring down your own plate to a 0 and call it good. Then add a 4k gsk and you'll be very happy with the before and after difference.

 

I think you are wise to start with a #10 plate, especially since you have the 215HP pump. Its really easy to grind your own plate though. Save that money you would put towards buying a plate to put towards a better clutch.

So try the #10, see how you like it/how your EGTs are, and then you can always grind it further.
