i talked to a few people there, but i thought that piers is a cool guy. he gave me info and was willing to send a part (used) that would cost about $700 new for free.<br><br>Tom

I just purchased all of my gauges from PDR and I too am thrilled with the way I was treated. I will definately deal with them again.

 

Lary call him, You either get Piers himself or AL. I know he is burning the midnite oil and then some.

 

Great service from Piers! Soon after I took delivery of my 03 Ram HO CTD in Dec., 02, I ordered Isspro Pyro. &amp; Boost gauges from a TDR advertizer in Lubock, Texas. I called them requesting technical help on where to drill (pre-turbo) for the thermicouple probe and where/how to connect boost fitting to the intake manifold, as the intake and exhaust manifolds are different than the 2nd generation truck I had before.<br>The answers I got were in short two word grunts, insisted they were &quot;same as earlier models&quot; and did not seem to want to be bothered by me. &gt; ??? Very poor service!<br>My next purchase was to be an exhaust brake. I decided on the Pacbrake as I had one on my 95 Ram and know it is a quality product. After checking around, Piers had the best prices and I had heard many good things about them.<br>Harry Piers answered when I called. Before I said anything about buying anything from him, I asked if he would help me with info. on installing the gauges that I bought from someone else. I could not wish to be treated any better!<br>Mr. Piers took time from his busy work to help me as if I were his # 1 customer even though I had not said I was buying anything from him. He gives &quot;Customer Service&quot; that is way beyound anything I have expearenced in many years.<br>I am happy with my Pacbrake and dealing with Piers!<br>
