PDR HX40 and Megamouth?

Will the HX40 work with the megamouth elbow/downpipe combo?

This is what PDRs site says about the exhuast housing on it;

"With HX40 exhaust housings, the flange is 4" straight out of the turbo and does not use an exhaust elbow. For some applications, this will require the use of a new down pipe and a 4" V-band clamp. Down pipe and clamp are not included, sold separately."

The good thing about the HX40 is that you do not need a elbow. There wouldn't be any real benefit seeing that the Exhaust flange is 4" straight out the back, where as a Hx35 isn't and thats why some use the megamouth.
