AFC problem.. HELP

I put my AFC lever back in today and my truck is so slow! It doesnt even spool my big turbo? What can i do? It solved the excessive smoke problem but robbed all my power. I dont get it.

i put it back to so the truck wouldnt pre fuel so much

Its a balance of the zero boost setting and the limit of the AFC arm travel. Seems like you gutted the plate out, so what do you need the AFC for?
