OK 24 valvers

I just bought a 01 with a auto for cheap. So I spent the weekend doing all the small repairs but couldn't fix these

Cruise light comes on at startup then goes out but no cruise and no light after that.

No dash lights, fuse was blown replaced fuse still no lights and no temp control lights either and I think it blew the fuse again.

Needs the front bumper plastics and fog light light sockets, Where do I get those besides a dealer?

Once I get all the repairs done I want to do a small power upgrade with fuel mileage in mind and no tranny mods. Any ideas?

I'll sell ya my banks ottomind. Decent power, very safe, and very good mpg. Oh, and that'll save you from buying gauges too.

You can pick up a power puck pretty cheap and it'll bump the timing for mileage

I just purchased a new bumper cover for mine and it was 70 dollars at dealer im sure you could find it on ebay for less just didnt want to mess with shipping since it was so big. Really easy install though just spray the screws with penatrating oil on the ends out in the fender well. Mine twisted out of the gray plastic before i knew what it was doing.

gyman98, follow all the wires and make sure there wired correctly kinda sounds like somebody did a make-shift-quick-fix wiring job or corrosion is setting in. has it ever been wrecked? that would explain the airbag thing and the wiring problems.IMHO

The vin doesn't come up as ever being wrecked but you can tell its had a hard life and it does have a new bumper on it so who knows. Also another problem i found is that when you go to shut the key off its really hard but if you pull up on the gear shifter its easy. Is there a adjustment for this?
