I have a electric boost gauge and im curious where you are tapping the lines to get your pressure reading. Pics would be great if you got em!

I drilled and tapped the intake horn on mine, its the silver cast aluminun pipe on the right side that the dip dtick is attached to. Just take the clamp and rubber boot off the bottom of it and drill and tap and let all the shavings fall out of it then hit it with a shop vac and your done.

I removed the 3/4? in plug on the side of the block (behind the ff) and used a couple bushings to get it down to the appropriate size. No drilling required.

I did the same thing. I bought a black iron pipe bushing, went from 3/4" MPT to 1/8" FNPT in one step. Installed the 1/8 " Compression fitting for my tubing and voila! No drill boost reading direct from the manifold.

I did the drill and tap thing to my intake. It was easy.

Besides, I can always go to a boost bolt later and use that port for nitrous or something
