I'm looking at getting this and was looking through the manual. The manual recommends EGT and Boost gauages. Doesnt the attitude monitor those? Is there a way to not have to tap into the exhaust manifold i'm paranoid about screwing that up.

It sure does, plus a whole pile of other stuff like:

ECM voltage
Engine temp
Fuel pressure
Fuel temp
Intake air temp
Engine oil pressure
Coolant temp
Juice module temp
Speed
Trans temp

Might have missed a couple, I'm working from memory here

 

It is probably refering to the Juice with the toggle switch, without the monitor.

There is no way for the Juice to know what the exhaust temp is without the probe correctly installed. I have heard of a cheesy clamp on probe strap or something but the right way is to drill and tap your manifold for the probe. It's easy, just follow the Juice/Attitude directions. They list the bit to be used and everything.
