More Power

Hey guys, I put on the comp and tapped it. Im impressed but still need more. I also set up the scotty 2 with the whole cutout. What is my next move. Do i need more fuel to run the truck in level three. I havent really gone over that yet. I know the trans is going to need help and im workin on that now. What i need is more power. I want to do it the wise way. utilizing all of my fellow turckin brotherin experiences (trials and tribulations) I have about 500 to spend now but if i need to i can go up to about a grand for the next add. It will bight into my trans fund though. Oh yea i did the gauges also.

Hopefully you have installed a FP gauge.......if not, do so. Get yourself a 4" exhaust system and a Scotty Smartfuel system......after that, get that tranny done right and then consider a good set of injectors like the Mach series from Don M. Don't bother with big injectors until the tranny is done - a Comp on 5x5 is just about all a stock auto will put up with and even then, many guys have had tranny issues with even the lower power settings.

well you have all the gauges you need you got the air and you got you a box . now its time to just hold on to that money for tranny parts. then i would go with injecters and a turbo. but until then you need to set you a goal were you want your power to be and what you want to do with this truck IE play toy, pulling alot and so on

this and the fact you have only 54000 miles on your truck, you have officially become your own warranty station. take your precautions with the VP-44 and put the $500 towards lift pump issues: whether it be a fass, rasp, or pusher/stock combo, and upgraded lines.

your sig says "auto fully opted". why do you need money for the trans?

I am being told by all that the trans is going to pop.
I was told yesterday by a senior member to get a turbo, injectors and build the trans and that should get me about 450 with a pusher pump

sacrifice driveability? there's guys driving 500hp as daily drivers so dont worry about that....you'll need big injectors...new tranny...bigger turbo ..and pump work

you better address the fuel delivery issue before you do anything else... then worry about upgrading the transmission.... put on some injectors and a bigger turbo and you'll be over 400rwhp.
