Which Injectors Give Best Fuel Economy

I am running stock injectors and I can only get about 16 MPG mixed driving with 35" Mudders. I plan to upgrade injectors next. Who makes the best atomizing injectors? ie Best fuel economy? Edge Jammer's are cheap, RV's even cheaper, stock injectors are free.

What size injectors can I run without a melt down: HX 35, Edge Comp, Intake/Exhaust?

Best mileage I've heard of comes from F-1... Mach 1.6's. Look Here
That being said, I would not buy injectors just to gain mileage. Cost/benefit ratio just isn't there.

The amazing thing about bigger injectors on a diesel is that we don't loose mileage... just use less throttle!

I agree the Mach 1.6's are a great injectors, in fact I have a set of 1.5's

Another option is the 275's. They are around $300 for a new set and typically ususally offer a gain in MPG's also. They are just not as refined, for lack of a better word, as the Mach series of injectors.

I 2nd this! i bought the jammer stage 1's for mpg and now i have stage 3's,5's will be next! mileage between stage 1's and stage 3's is almost identical, and just like rjohnson said you use less throttle with bigger injectors. you should get better with almost anything you choose as long as you can keep your foot out of it which can be very hard!
someone said best when they said buy for HP not mpg, i should have listen!
