try pushing

the AFC housing forward, and the starwheel full forward as well. The more fuel you put into the engine the more boost tyou are going to get. You might also want to replace your fuel plate as well, Im not certain if you can push a stock plate to 30 PSI and if that dont work. You might wanna try blocking the waste gate, if a bare minimum, you might get quicker boost.

all of thats forward, i have a tst #5 (check my sig). not sure if there is a leak i was going to rig something up to do a pressure test this weekend. but somehow the front screw (not the breakoff) hole stripped, and the bolt wont tighten all the way. would that cause a seal or something to not completely seal or should it be ok. i replaced all the bolts with new ones (hex head) after i found out it was stripped.

Tightening the Boost Elbow blocks flow to wastegate, reducing it's ability to open. Block it off completely...see what happens.
If no increase, possible boost leaks. Boot clamps are not the only source of leaks. Pin holes and cuts can be invisible when system is not pressurerized but open up when boots expand.

once you have adjusted the boost elbow, you may want to put a dab of RTV on the screw. I have heard that they can get loose and fall out. No personal experience, but rumor has it...

yeah i heard that too and was wondering about it. But today tightened the screw and am now boosting 25 psi at 85 mph, and i think if i get on it some more ill boost more. is that normal? but i really dont think i have any leaks.
