Hooking up Commander/Recon and Gauges?
Is there a way to hook up the Commander/Recon but still have my mechanical gauges hooked up? I think I have read a couple of guys that have done it but I'm not to sure how?

Well, the answer is yes but, more specifically I need to know which set of gauges you want to hook up, the Recon or the COmmander?
Also do you want redundancy on all accounts or just some parameters?
For example it might be tough to get 2 transmission probes to go into the tranny witout some wild adapters. You cannot just hook both up to 1 sensor in this case because both gauges could be calibrated for totally different sensors.
On the EGT you are going to have to tie the wires together with 1 TC. This should be ok as all Type K TC should be the same.
Boost will be easy as well. One will read from the MAP sensor and the other from the intake horn or wherever you have it plumbed to.

Ya, I am just making some future plans to when the new Adrenaline comes out. I just put in some Autometer Z-Series mechanical gauges but would also like to have a commander or recon hooked up as well to monitor EGT, boost, fuel pressure, etc.. Thanks Quad!
