I have a Quadzilla Adrenaline on my 2002, just wondering what "safe egts" are for this set up?

Also even on power level 10 i don't seem to get much smoke any suggestions??

 

Don't sustain over 1250º.

For short burst, you can go 1500 or sometimes higher.... It's your risk to take.

 

with my setup I can peg my 1600 gauge way past 1600.

 

I assume you have the wire tapped. If you don't there will be no smoke. Second get a fuel pressure gage and ditch the light. Now start saving for a transmission. You WILL need one. If you are on the pedal regularly I give the trans about three months. If you want smoke, get out on the road and get up to speed, then let off the throttle and wait for the turbo to spool down, then get back in to it hard, you will get smoke.
