Heavy Duty Valve Springs

Gonna have my twins set up pretty soon, trying to gather the final pieces. I ordered a 4K GSK from TST today along with a set of heavy duty exhaust springs. I was told by the woman taking my order that I would need a second set of springs for my intake valves as well. Does that sound right? Every place I have seen this kit mentioned says nothing about getting a set of intake springs, only exhaust. What do you guys think? Do I need a set of HD intake springs as well or is the exhaust enough?
Thanks for the help.

Yes, you need HD springs on both the intake and exhaust. Maybe you're getting confused with an exhaust brake? For those you only need the HD springs on the exhaust.

squirlchasr919,
When you decide to install those VS, check out the thread from masonic-dodge on 12-26-04.
Cris gives you a play by play how to on the VS.
Just print it & take it to the garage with you, unless you are removing the head.

Good Luch,
Happy New Year,
Wayne

I did make a post under changing valve springs, It should have all the info you need to make the install very easy. I had no problems doing mine and I had never done a set before. Another member had told me to cut a hole in the cowel above the #5 +#6 cylinders to change the springs, you don't need to.

If you have any other questions just let me know.
