It's kind of hard to do a real Jake brake on an engine that doesn't run the injectors off the cam. That and there's really no room for anything else on the head.

 

Due to the valve overlap in our engines, you can really hear it in the intake when the brake engages. Kind of a roaring sound at 2K.
