In the high elevation you may get some number inflation from the correction factor.
Second, what kind/type of dyno is it and how high will you be?

Moose, I have seen numbers all over the place with the older Mustangs, but since the one you are using will go to 1000 HP. I bet it is the newest and much improved 1750 model. A nice dyno for sure.

If they run the numbers corrected...it should go over 500 HP. Uncorrected raw numbers will go 20% under that.

So 450 uncorrected will be 540 corrected. The 450 will coincide with what most others will get across the country in lower elevations.

If was betting money...I would say you will get 440-460 uncorrected and 528 corrected. Just guessing of course.

What do you want to see or expect to see?

That sounds like a place that won't quite be ready for Diesels.

We had one down here in Midvale at a ricer shop a little over 2 years ago.

Rollers were in the back, so exhaust emptied into the shop.
They didn't have exhaust vent tubes, as the ricers they normally do are front wheel drive, so their rears are hanging out of the garage.

Midvale Fire Department showed up, as we set off the smoke alarm numerous times.

I made the mistake of being in the garage trying to take pictures of the smoke show,
blew black boogers for a week, and my favorite white t-shirt is now permanently gray.

I'll try to work it into my schedule.

they are ready for diesels. thats the main reason for the purchase of the dyno. there is a lot of diesel bombers up here in hicksville.

At least they know what they're in for.

I'll have to think about coming up.
Northbound traffic on a Friday won't be fun.
Not as bad as southbound out of the city, but still almost a parking lot.

Maybe I'll miss it leaving around 4pm?

If I do, I'm sure you'll be able to pick me out of the crowd.

If its a twin-roller, you'll be a little under 400 uncorrected. Sounds like a good time though....

Uncorrect at 5,000' was higher??? Isn't that backwards?

Numbers sound low for a Drag Comp & 100 HP injectors??

Did you get Model # of the Mustang Dyno?

i feel the same way. the corrected #s i ran and the uncorrected #s they figured for me are all out of wack. i think the #s were only good for competeing with others that ran friday night. i would like to sweet talk edge into running on theirs but the will just tell me i have to wait until next year at dyno days.
i do not know a model # but i will find out.

thanks mooseman
