IS it 1/4 inch plastic tubing as well of 1/4 rubber line with the 1/8 inch inside??

upersleder, 1/8 hydraulic hose? Looking at one of these 2 ways. No problem with running diesel directly to the gage? No compatability issues? FP is my last gage, so really looking to get one SOON!!

My guages are on there way... I think...

But I did NOT order the Isolator for it... I'm going to plumb straight to the gauge. Also going to add a needle valve so I can turn it off if I have to if the line leaks. But from all the people that have do this have never said anything about leaks or fire problems...

The line to my mech. oil pressure gauge in my Jeep leaked on my passengers foot. I thought it was pretty funny, but he didnt see it that way
It's just butted up. In fact if it's hard to push the 1/8" tubing though 1/4" cut the 1/4 into two foot sections then tape or shrink tube the sections together after it's all on.

mine was 1/4" hyd. hose with 1/8"NPT ends on both sides, i couldnt find a needle valve and was in a hurry, and others suggested a rubber line inbetween, so i used a tecumseh fuel valve for a snowblower to act as my needle valve, hooked a rubber line to it and then to the hyd. line into the cab, i wanted SS braided line but could not find any. its working so far, i havent gotten the pod i want yet, we'll see how it goes when i do. i found a racer site, you can order SS brake line, thats probably what i will end up with in the future.
