Formula One injectors...what size?
Well I will be upgrading my injectors here pretty quick as soon as I get my air on the truck. Im going with a HX-35/14 and HT3B setup. And I have been very happy with my F1's so I think Im going to stick with them. Im just wondering what size to go with, I was planning on the 4's, but wonder if I could go bigger? Like maybe a 5, but Im thinking a 200 hp stick might be a bit much! I do tow alot so that is a consideration. I am also running a TST Comp and a Smarty. I want to go as big as possible but not be able to see 1600deg! Not that I ever have before

I can't really offer much input on size, but how much do you tow weight wise? And pretty much always around home? It is pretty flat and low there, that can make a difference...

Im really not sure of the weight of my trailer, its a pretty big 3 horse with full living quarters and it is quite heavy when all loaded up. And I go all around, so I do get into mountains once in a while...

If, you're going to tow in the mountains, 4's may be your best bet. I haven't taken my trailer to the mountains yet, although I plan to. I think I'll be fine with the TST off.

do you have the head o-ringed and studded...or at the very minimum studded with the stock gasket.
i just hate to see people spend money on new sticks and twins and then find out they have some serious repairs to make when the HG goes pop

I'd say M4's too. with what I have in my sig, at sealevel I see about 1350egt's with max fuel. I'm sure the 35/3b twins wont be able to cool that much fuel.

Bigger than Mach 4's will only add cost and maybe heat, but no power with your HO.
I think you'll find anything over about 450 hp will be to hot for towing anyway and you'll be turning the TST down.
Even with your twins and the 4's, you could see 1500* egt's at WOTon a hot day.
With summer coming to the 'flatlands' I'd put in a 180* T-stat also.... eliminates your coolant temp as the limiting factor for towing power.
