factory plate

O.K the guys that ground down their factory plate ,how do you do it and how hard is it, just getting some ideas for the project truck. any tips, pix,or diagrams- drawings, ect,ect

most likely somebody thinks I did a sin but I took a #10 plate measured from the back of it (1 1/4 I think) and then cut what was ever left on the stock one off. It works for my friends 95 auto. with 300 Injectors and the ground Plate he reaches 35psi of boost and 1250 Degreese.

so what you are sayin is you measured the #10 plate and then measured the stock plate and cut 1 1/4 off the stock plate to match the #10? what about the rack stop? cut it off? I can't hardly remember what the plate looks like anymore since I haven't had a dodge in a couple months to tear into. got one cummin at the end of month-hopefully!!

no I did not cut 1 1/4 off I cut what ever was left over that on the stock plate off to equal the deepest point on the #10. I took the rack stop out a long time agon
